  1. WhatsApp Business API Setup: Successfully completed the full WhatsApp API integration using the WATI platform (or similar).

  2. Team Inbox Configuration: Configured a centralized Team Inbox (as seen in the screenshot), enabling the client's agents to efficiently manage and track all incoming customer conversations.

  3. Critical Barrier Removal (FBM Verification): Crucially, I successfully finalized the client's Facebook Business Manager (FBM) Verification, which is a mandatory and often complex prerequisite for gaining access to the WhatsApp API.
